Xiang Xiang, female, Master in Education, is a member of the Communist Party of China,  professor, director of Hunan Psychological Society, and director of Hunan Women's Culture Research Association.

She is a member of the HIE Party Committee and vice president of HIE, responsible for assets, confidentiality, archives, education services, information construction and management, legal affairs, continuing education, etc., in charge of Office for Chairmen, Archives Center (including school history museum), Asset Division, Procurement and Bidding Management Center, Network Information and Modern Education Technology Center, co-manages the Publicity Division, liaises with the School of Design and Art, the College of Continuing Education, and members of the National Revolution.
