"Doctoral Studio" of College of Foreign Languages was Unveiled

On September 10th, the 40th Teachers' Day, the College of Foreign Languages held the unveiling ceremony for its "Doctoral Studio." Participants included Qi Luliang, member of the university's Party Committee and secretary of the discipline inspection committee, and all the leaders and doctoral faculty of the College of Foreign Languages. The ceremony was hosted by Chen Yaqiong, secretary of the Party Committee of College of Foreign Languages.

Wang Jiayi, dean of the College of Foreign Languages, introduced the history and future outlook of the Doctoral Studio. He expressed that with the strong support and guidance of the university's leadership, as well as the generous contributions and unwavering support of alumni who care deeply about the development of their alma mater, the Doctoral Studio has been established and inaugurated today. The establishment of the Doctoral Studio not only recognizes and supports the academic pursuits of doctors but also demonstrates the college's focus on scientific research innovation and the enhancement of educational quality.

Qi Luliang presented Teachers' Day greeting cards to all doctors and delivered heartfelt messages to those soon to settle into the studio. She hoped that all doctors would fully utilize this platform to make breakthroughs in their respective research fields and inspire surrounding faculty and students, fostering a positive academic atmosphere. Furthermore, she encouraged their active participation in social services, transforming academic research outcomes into tangible contributions to societal development. With collective efforts, she envisioned the Doctoral Studio becoming a "home for doctors" where they are willing to come, stay, and accomplish great things.

Qi Luliang and Wang Jiayi jointly unveiled the plaque for the "Doctoral Studio," marking the official launch of this studio integrating scientific research, innovation, and talent cultivation. The College of Foreign Languages will focus on "enhancing the studio's visibility, broadening its scope, and intensifying its efforts" to continuously improve its capacity to serve local communities professionally, emphasize exemplary leadership, and boost the quality and efficiency of the college's scientific research services.
